About Us

Hi, I'm Lynda! I am the owner of Crafty Corner, which is my pride and joy. Crafty Corner originated from being driven all over the country by my sidekick, otherwise known as my husband, Martin, who would "happily" ferry me far and wide so that I could visit some of the country's amazing wool shops.

Even now, when we get a delivery, I am like a child at Christmas! My obsession preceded this however, and I was knitting away, day and night, until Martin said to me "why don't you open your own shop?" and Crafty Corner was born.

After many years of hard work from the both of us, we are very proud to run one of the biggest and best stocked Wool and Craft shops in Cheshire and the rest of the UK, based in our hometown of Macclesfield.

You can often find us both working hard around the shop, day and night, delivering not only an amazing range of colours and stock but also high quality workshops that we provide for our community. If you are ever in the area we would love to see you and have a chat, so make sure you pop in!
